It’s only been twelve months since JLo and Ben Affleck, who is 51 years old, purchased their current mansion for $60.85 million. The deal was quickly finalized in just one week, with the couple paying nearly $15 million less than the original asking price of $75 million. Originally listed in 2018 for $135 million, the price was significantly reduced when it was put back on the market this year.
The luxurious home, known as the ‘Wallingford estate,’ is situated on a five-acre elevated land and includes 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. Described as ‘newly rebuilt and expanded,’ it features a 12-car garage, parking for 80 vehicles, a unique indoor sports complex, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s residence, and a two-bedroom guardhouse on the property.
The indoor sports complex provides a full gym, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and a boxing ring for Jennifer’s workout routines. Recently, the couple was seen exploring properties in New York City.

In addition, they also toured a more modest 3,024-square foot townhouse just a block away at 342 E. 69th Street, which is currently listed for $5.95 million. This property is notably smaller compared to their current Beverly Hills residence.
Jennifer is also selling her penthouse at the Whitman building in Nomad for $24.99 million, which she purchased for $20.2 million back in 2014, according to reports.
